Kayleigh McEnany Drops the Gender Bombshell for Her Third Baby — Here’s What She Said

Kayleigh McEnany, former White House press secretary and current Fox News personality, announced exciting news Monday: she and her husband Sean Gilmartin are expecting their third child this June.

Speaking on Fox News’ Outnumbered, McEnany shared her joy as she revealed the upcoming addition to their family. “Last but not least… Sean and I are expecting our third child, which we’re so excited about,” she said, mentioning that their baby will join big sister Blake, 5, and little brother Nash, 2, in the summer.

“It’s very sweet. It’s been a special time,” she added, reminiscing about being pregnant over holidays like Christmas and Thanksgiving. “My daughter Blake now knows, so she runs up and holds my stomach and is like, ‘Let me kiss the baby.’”

Her fellow panelist Emily Compagno chimed in with warmth, “We love you so much, congratulations to all now five of you. We’re so excited and thrilled.”

Adding a playful touch to the announcement, McEnany joked that her pink blazer wasn’t a hint about the baby’s gender — despite the blue-and-pink pumps she wore and the blue pacifier graphic displayed on the video banner. She also shared a sonogram image of the baby, which she said the family proudly displays framed at home.

“We’re going to be doing a gender reveal,” McEnany promised. “The baby is due in June, so I hope you will join me on this journey. I will be live talking about this on social media and on the show. We’ll do a gender reveal here.”

A devout Christian, McEnany quoted a passage from Jeremiah 1:5: “Before I formed you in the womb, I knew you.” She emphasized the message’s broader meaning: “It’s not just about my baby, it’s a message about all of you. That’s how much he loves us.”

Ending on a light note, she laughed and asked her co-hosts for permission to unbutton her now-too-tight blazer.

McEnany and Gilmartin, a former professional baseball pitcher who retired in 2022, began dating in 2015 and married in 2017. Since leaving her White House post at the end of Trump’s first term, McEnany has become a familiar face on Fox News, regularly guest-hosting popular shows like The Five, Fox & Friends, and prime-time programs hosted by Jesse Watters, Laura Ingraham, and Sean Hannity.
