Virginia Giuffre’s final Instagram post

On March 30, Giuffre took to Instagram to share that she had been involved in a horrific road traffic collision involving her car and a school bus that has caused her to develop what she described at the time as a potentially fatal medical condition.

The 41-year-old wrote: “This year has been the worst start to a new year, but I won’t bore anyone with the details but I think it important to note that when a school bus driver comes at you driving 110km[h] [68mph] as we were slowing for a turn that no matter what your car is made of it might as well be a tin can.

“I’ve gone into kidney renal failure, they’ve given me four days to live, transferring me to a specialist hospital in urology. I’m ready to go, just not until I see my babies one last time, but you know what they say about wishes.

“sT in one hand and wish in the other & I guarantee it’s still going to be st at the end of the day. Thank you all for being the wonderful people of the world and for being a great part of my life. Godbless you all xx Virginia.”

On April 7, it was confirmed that she was discharged from hospital.

Police later described the crash as ‘minor’ with ‘no reported injuries’, though Giuffre’s family later claimed police said ‘no one available to come to the scene’.

The family statement continued: “They asked if anyone was injured and suggested that if they were, they should make their way to the hospital.

“The school bus driver had a bus full of distraught children and left the scene to get them back, saying he would file a police report, which he did later.

“Virginia was banged up and bruised and returned home. Virginia’s condition worsened and she was admitted to the hospital.

“Concerning her Instagram post, Virginia thought that she had posted on her private Facebook page. Virginia and her family thank everyone for their concern.”

Giuffre was accused of breaching family violence restraining order

A month before, Giuffre had been charged with breaching a family violence restraining order in Ocean Reef, near Perth, amid reports of difficulties between her and estranged husband Robert.

Her case was first heard in Joondalup Magistrates’ Court in northern Perth on March 14, where she did not enter a plea.

The matter was adjourned to 11 June for a plea hearing, according to Western Australia Courts, while her agent said at the time that Giuffre ‘looks forward to defending herself against [Robert’s] malicious claim’.

Virginia Giuffre’s allegations against Jeffrey Epstein and Prince Andrew

Giuffre alleged that when she was 17 she was s trafficked to Prince Andrew by Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell, and was ‘forced to have s’ with the royal at Epstein’s New York apartment.

Prince Andrew denies all claims against him.

In 2022, Giuffre and the Royal reached a financial settlement out of court, though he did not admit to any wrongdoing as part of the settlement.

In 2019, Epstein took his own life in prison where he was awaiting trial on s trafficking charges. In 2022, Maxwell was sentenced to 20 years behind bars for her role in the sual abuse of young girls.

Following the news of her death, Giuffre’s publicist Dini von Mueffling described the mother-of-three as ‘deeply loving, wise and funny’.

“She adored her children and many animals. She was always more concerned with me than with herself,” she wrote in a statement.

“I will miss her beyond words. It was the privilege of a lifetime to represent her.”

Giuffre shared an update on her health after being involved in a car crash

Warning: This article contains discussion of sual assault which some readers may find distressing.

Virginia Giuffre, the woman who accused Jeffrey Epstein and Prince Andrew of sual abuse, has said she has just days left to live after being involved in a car crash.

Giuffre took to Instagram to share the news of her poor health on Sunday (March 30), four years after she sued the Duke of York for sual abuse in August 2021. Giuffre has also previously accused both Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell of grooming her.

The Instagram post featured a picture of Giuffre covered in bruises, lying on her side in what looks to be a hospital bed.

Alongside the image, she said she had been in a car accident with a school bus.

She wrote: “This year has been the worst start to a new year, but I won’t bore anyone with the details but I think it important to note that when a school bus driver comes at you driving 110km as we were slowing for a turn that no matter what your car is made of it might as well be a tin can.”

“Thank you all for being the wonderful people of the world and for being a great part of my life. Godbless you all xx Virginia.”

Giuffre’s post has received an influx of well-wishes, with one writing: “God bless you for the courage for all you have done! Thank you.”

Giuffre’s father, Sky Roberts, also commented: “Virginia my daughter, I love you and praying for you to get the correct treatment to live a long and healthy life. If there is anything in this world I can do to help you, please let me know. My spirit with you now and holding your hand.”

In her civil suit filed in 2021, Giuffre alleged that Epstein had forced her to have s with Prince Andrew when she was 17 years old – a claim the prince has repeatedly denied.

Prince Andrew has not been charged with any criminal offences.

When it came to her accusations against Epstein, Giuffre reached a settlement with the disgraced financier for $500,000 in 2009.

Bus driver involved in crash with Jeffrey Epstein accuser Virginia Giuffre breaks silence after she says she has ‘days left to live’

Virginia Giuffre and the alleged bus driver’s reports of the incident have some conflicting details

A man claiming to be the school bus driver allegedly involved in a road crash incident which Virginia Guiffre said left her with ‘days to live’ has spoken out.

On March 30, a post was shared to the Instagram page of Virginia Giuffre – the woman who accused Jeffrey Epstein and Prince Andrew of sual abuse.

The Instagram post featured a picture of Giuffre covered in bruises, lying on her side in what looks to be a hospital bed.

The caption detailed she’d been in a car accident with a school bus and had been given ‘four days to live’ after going into ‘kidney renal failure’.

The Western Australia Police Force later released a statement about ‘a report of a minor crash’ which occurred between a car and a school bus.

Giuffre’s family later said in a statement to LADbible Group that Virginia remained in ‘serious condition’ after being ‘banged up and bruised,’ noting the post to her Instagram she ‘thought she had posted on her private Facebook page’.

In an exclusive interview with Mail Online, a man claiming to be the school bus driver allegedly involved in the crash – named Ross Munns – spoke out about the incident.

He said the crash occurred around 3pm on March 30 when he tried to overtake a slow-moving white car when it went under 75kmh – the car allegedly suddenly beginning to turn right as he was trying to overtake in the school bus.

Munns claimed he beeped his horn, but ended up clipping the car and both vehicles stopped.

He said: “The driver basically pulled out in front of me. I made sure she was alright, and I went and did a police report. She was elderly and I asked if she was ok, and she said, ‘Yes I’m ok’.

“I asked if she lived here and she said, ‘No I’m a carer’, and I told her she needs to put her indicator on when you have to turn.

“That’s all the conversation was, and she asked how the kids were and I said, ‘fine’. It wasn’t a major crash.”

Munns claims he didn’t see anyone else in the car. However, a police report later confirmed there was a 41-year-old woman in the passenger seat.

Nevertheless, the alleged school bus driver claims the incident was a ‘minor collision’ and he believes it’s ‘all blown out of proportion,’ in disbelief over Giuffre’s Instagram post, arguing he was ‘doing 75km/h’ not ‘110km/h’.

Giuffre’s post read: “This year has been the worst start to a new year, but I won’t bore anyone with the details but I think it important to note that when a school bus driver comes at you driving 110km as we were slowing for a turn that no matter what your car is made of it might as well be a tin can.”

“Thank you all for being the wonderful people of the world and for being a great part of my life. Godbless you all xx Virginia.”

LADbible Group has contacted Virginia Giuffre’s lawyer for comment.
