Stars make a decision on Miro Heiskanen for Game 4

The Dallas Stars have officially taken star defenseman Miro Heiskanen off of injured reserve and have announced that he’ll play Game 4 this evening against the Winnipeg Jets.

This just in, injured defenseman Miro Heiskanen has taken the Dallas Stars’ gameday skate and is expected to play against the Winnipeg Jets in Game 4 this evening.

Needless to say that this is a MAJOR development for the Stars. Heiskanen is one of the best defensemen in the NHL and has been out of the Stars’ lineup since undergoing knee surgery back in January.

If indeed Heiskanen suits up to play this evening, the Stars will likely go with 7 defensemen in order to manage his minutes. Stay tuned for a full report on Heiskanen following media availability this afternoon.
