Camera Caught San Diego Padres Fans Throwing Fists In Wild Fight During Loss To Pittsburgh Pirates

San Diego Padres fans were fighting amongst themselves while their team was losing to the Pittsburgh Pirates on Saturday.

The Padres suffered a 5-0 defeat to Pittsburgh in a shutout at Petco Park, dropping to 32-24, with some of their fans getting heated as fists flew in the stands.

The fight, shown below, is part of a worrying trend of violence at sporting events, especially baseball games. And, while there’s no place for this sort of thing in sports, it’s still a source of entertainment for social media users.

As mentioned above, this sort of thing is quite entertaining online, so users reacted accordingly.

“His hat didn’t even come off. Very impressive,” a fan observed.

“Tatis got some hands. Slept both of them twice lol,” another joked.

“My man in the white stripe Tatis 😮‍💨 Idc what the situation was man was 1v4 and slept 3 of em,” added a third.

Meanwhile, the San Diego Padres didn’t look like they would fare any better on Sunday as they were down 4-1 in the middle of the fifth inning at the time of writing.
