Fans had a laugh at an unfortunate Toronto Maple Leafs fan whose female company seemed absolutely sick of him during the action with the Minnesota Wild on Friday night.

The female was caught on camera rolling her eyes and turning away after the poor dude said something before breaking out into laughter. They had some choice seats though…

In any case, the couple got treated to a great outing – aside from the regrettable moment and anything it might have triggered – as it went to overtime. Leafs forward William Nylander won the contest with a sublime goal.

The Leafs went 36-15-8 on the back of the victory, which set them up in second place in the Atlantic Division. They look like they will be playing the Tampa Bay Lightning in the first round of the playoffs.

The Wild, meanwhile, are third in the Central Division at 32-21-6 and are still on course for a playoff appearance.
